Maruchan Instant Lunch with Shrimp is what I eat when I am too busy to go out and get lunch at a fast food place or at a restaurant. It is easy to fix, tastes good, and keeps me from getting very hungry. I do not eat them every day, however, because they are very high in sodium.

This flavor is one of my favorites. It is not overseasoned and easy to make. Good last minute quick lunch.
