Sesame Shrimp Toasts

6 oz cooked peeled shrimp
3/4 inch piece fresh ginger origin, grated
1 garlic clove, cut
1 egg white
2 tsp corn starch
1/4 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 thin pieces of bread, crusts eliminated
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
Location the shrimp, ginger and garlic in a mini chopper and whizz till finely ground.
